Processing Time

The time I need to process an order varies based on the type of product purchased. It's just me running this small business and I pack and ship all orders myself from my home. 

In-Stock Orders: These orders are ready to ship in 2-4 business days.

Pre-orders: These processing times can vary between collections, so check the product page for the most recent estimate. Since these collections are dyed to order, the processing time will be anywhere between 5-7 weeks from pre-orders closing, depending on the number of orders I receive. I will dye the yarn, and then ship it to you once your order has been dyed in full.


If you have purchased both in-stock and pre-order products, they will be packaged and shipped once the pre-orders are dyed in full. Please email littlewingfibers@gmail.com with any additional questions, concerns, or special requests. 
If you put in more than one order, I will automatically combine them and refund any shipping overages, unless otherwise specified.

 

Shipping

Domestic shipping: Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, missing, or stolen packages, and you may need to contact your shipping carrier in order to resolve any issues. 


International shipping: Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, missing, or stolen packages, and you may need to contact your shipping carrier in order to resolve any issues. The customer is also responsible for any fees accumulated during shipping or upon receipt, such as customs fees or taxes. 


Please also note that there may be delays in shipping due to Covid-19, or due to high shipping demands during the holidays.
